christmas?

i'm not too sure that i am ready

the house is decorated and the tree is up

voila!

i have gotten some shopping done but not all of it, not even sure when i will be able to do it

not getting the boy's anything too fantabulous this year

honestly really don't even have any good ideas

i can't even think of anything i want! shocking....just a few little things and giftcards (i have to get giftcards to specific places because i tend to spend cash that i get on silly things, like groceries or other necessities instead of using the cash for me)

did that make sense??

not doing neighbor gifts/treats/friend gifts

not sending out a christmas card or letter

not really worrying about matchy christmas outfits either.

cheech has something cute to wear, but the rest of us? meh.

bah humbug? maybe. ha.

i am going to focus this year on just doing fun things with the kids and making it awesome for them

griff pretty much wants to do a christmas craft every single day and nolan is starting to jump on the crafting bandwagon as well

i am trying to not get all caught up in the hoopla (not that a little bit of hoopla is a bad thing)

i just can't do it this year and i am okay with it

just wanting to relax, enjoy myself and keep it simple!

this isn't meant to sound scroogey! i am sure the christmas spirit will make it's way to me soon, very soon

i just know it!

maybe i need to go see the temple lights, watch the christmas devotional, play christmas music a little more, watch some holiday movies, something!!

and the smell is too die for
