Ironman St George

we LOVE living in downtown St G when they have events like the marathon and the Ironman (heck, I love watching the senior games as well) because we walk a few blocks up the street to Diagonal and plop ourselves under a bunch of lush trees and we watch and watch and watch.

this year, our good friend Kim did her first Ironman so we spent a lot of time at the corner of 500 and Diagonal waiting for her and getting text updates from her hubby.

we all sat there and watched for about 3 hours and even had some lunch right there on the side of the road
