That is what I saw in my belly today! It was darling! It was wiggling and squirming around in my tummy during the ultrasound. I swear ultrasounds must bother babies because Griff was so wild when I had my u/s with him. He kept hiding and moving away. Anyway, things looked good to me. I got to see and hear the heartbeat (180bpm) so it is finally real now! I am expecting a call from my doctor to make sure the ultrasound tech didn't see anything abnormal. As far as the baby goes, it was a little cutie! I made Maddy go along with me for moral support and a learning experience. I think she enjoyed it! Kason was bummed that he missed out but I have a cute picture hanging on my fridge for him to see. Here we go on this crazy and long journey called pregnancy. This has been a rough one so far but I am finally over the sick part I think, yayy!
Update:
The baby seemed fine and I got a call that everything looked normal. I am still having occasional spotting so who knows what that is all about! The baby was measuring small so they changed my due date from September 18th to September 22nd. So, no birthday baby but maybe!
