Yayyy For Nursery!

Church has been pretty miserable ever since Griff learned how to walk and get around. That all started 8 or so months ago, ahhh. So he is finally 18 months and ready for nursery!! We are excited and nervous about it. Both of us leave our classes and check on him about a billion times. Most of the time when we peek in someone is holding him on their lap or he is happily playing :) One week he went for an an hour and did GREAT. The next time was seriously 15 minutes and they brought him to me SCREAMING, which he does not ever do. When he saw me he grabbed me and bear hugged me so hard, I felt horrible!! I never just throw him in there and sneak out. I always tell him I am going "bye bye" and I hug him and let him watch me leave. I believe that sneaking out causes trust issues and we don't need that! Then, this past week he went for about and hour and a half and then had a little meltdown. We went and got him and we said 'did you have fun?' and he said 'YES. FUN.' in an adorable half crying voice. It was hilarious. So, we are going to keep on trying!! He talked about nursery all day long that day. He carried his necklace and paper around an said 'Nursery. Fun' about a million times. Thank goodness our lives at church might actually get back to normal for a short time until this new little guy arrives, yikes!

aw cute! :) Maeve goes to nursery every Sunday- and every Sunday we get our number flashed up on the screen to go and get her... UGH. It's frustrating! That's really good Griff is liking it! I'm jealous! Maeve doesn't do well without me :(

I am excited for nursery, but nervous too. I don't know how Bry will handle it. I most likely will be sneaking out, trust issues or not she won't do anything is she sees me leave.
