i have a love-hate relationship with craigslist, but today i LOVE it!!

i have to admit that i do get on there and check things out every single day.

first, i check the lost and found to see if my in-law's dog is going to show up in there...ever :(

then i check baby and kids just in case

sometimes i check antiques (if i have time)

and i always check furniture.

so i was browsing furniture the other day and came across a bunkbed for the boy's at a ridiculous price and i thought, No Way. had to be a typo.

the ad said that the bed had hardly been used and was purchased from a high end furniture store.

i called and was the first of 4,000 calls, of course. i told her that i wanted it without asking any questions or even seeing it. yikes.

so it started with us only buying the bed (long story, but a good one!) to us coming home with: a twin over full bunkbed with a pull-out trundle underneath, one mattress, pottery barn everything for the room (sheets, decor, quilts, rugs) a dresser and a nightstand. holy.

i assure you, she practically gave all the extras to us. it was ridiculous. she was so sweet. she thought we were nice people, thought the boy's were darling and would love everything, and she wanted it gone asap.

and everything matched the paint on the walls already. crazy.

so it was a huge craigslist score for us! we are all happy and feeling a bit more ready for baby 3 to arrive.
