eight months

OH this girl....

i love her! she is getting to be so fun. this age kills me because i love it so much and don't want it to end!

she is trying to get moving but she just isn't quit there, that's what i LOVE!

that she can sit still and stay in one spot.

boy, does she try to get her body moving though!

last month she was doing the backward scooting thing and she no longer does that.

she must have realized it wasn't getting her to where she wanted to go.

she now tries to pull up on things and pretty much gets on her knees while doing so.

she also gets on all fours and rocks but that is it for now.

she still does NOT roll. she doesn't even attempt it! ha.

i can still lay her on beds and not worry about her. that is crazy!

i do stay close by though :)

she has either had 2 double ear infections or the same double ear infection for a LONG period of time.

i am not big on antibiotics but since she had a double (my first kid with a double, poor babe) i felt bad for her and went for it.

i usually use garlic oil and other little home remedies.

she has since had TWO rounds of yucky meds and her ear infection is still brewing.

let's just say it's been a nightmare ;)

she has been night waking and not napping (like thirty minutes a day, NO JOKE)

BUT griff was my non-napping baby and did this same exact thing when he was a baby, not the night waking....the nearly non-existent napping

it's the DEVIL....let's hope it's her ears and not her trying to be griffin's twin (because she is very much griffin's twin)

anyway, it's back to the doc tomorrow for her poor little ears.

other than the sleeping/ear issues magz is a ton of fun.

she screams and squeals and is SUPER noisy sometimes.

she is obsessed with dogs.

eats 3 jars of baby food a day but really prefers nursing over anything.
