Griffin has been telling me when he is about to "poop" so we have been sitting on the potty and trying every time he lets me know. He is no where near knowing when it's time to go "peepee" but the pooping is a start! I usually sit him on our toilet and kneel down in front of him and he hugs me around my shoulders and begins his pushing. It is so hilarious and over-exaggerated. He usually just toots and then says ALL DONE! One time he did poop in the potty and he was so excited about it! I praised him galore and we talked about it for days. I decided after that, it was time for a potty! I won't be able to kneel, crouched over the toilet for much longer ;) We got the potty in the mail today from Grandma Arizona and he was thrilled! We have sat on it numerous times and I think he really likes it. He feels much more secure on something more his size. He did tell Kason and I tonight that he needed to poop so we frantically ran him into the bathroom and started the whole process but he had already pooped haha. I hope that maybe I can get him somewhat potty trained or used to the toilet before Nolan gets here. I have NO problem changing diapers but changing two sets doesn't sound all that fun! Here's to trying! We will see what happens! And YES, those are stickers all over his face. That is nearly the only place he puts them!

wow good for you guys! That picture is a very familiar scene in our house- maeve sits on the potty all the time... but she is yet to do anything in it. :( She is so content in her diapers! I mean she went through a phase where she'd rip them off but now she is totally fine in them. I am trying not to push it because I don't want to get frustrated or have her regress but OMG I am so ready for her to be outta diapers!
Good luck! And good job, Griff!! Seems like you're going about the potty training just right. I've heard that kids tend to have setbacks, though, when a big change happens (like a new baby in the fam). Just to warn you!
Oh man, Max is nowhere near!!! That's awesome!
