Every year we go to Beaver Mountain to escape the nasty heat and have some fun. It was SUCH a fun trip despite having an almost 2 year old and a huge pregnant belly :) Beaver Mountain is special to my little family because it is where Kason and I got engaged overlooking a gorgeous lake! We have a picture of us there when we got engaged, a picture of us with Griffin in my belly, a picture of us with Griff at 10 months old and a picture of us this year with Griff and me with a belly again! Of course my camera took a dump on the trip so I got ONE cute pic of Griff. Thank goodness my father in law has a sweet camera and got some good one's of us. I will post those pics when I get them :) I will also try to post the yearly progression pics.
This year was fun because Griff was so easy and had the best time. I barely even had to watch him. He just ran around, played in the dirt, rode his big wheeler, went on 4 wheeler rides and played with his friend Abby and cousin Addy. He was really good and easy going so it made the trip really nice for Kason and I :) I got to relax quite a bit and just soak up the scenery. I can tell Griffin is going to always love the outdoors, 4 wheeling and camping! I am so glad! Next year might be interesting with two kids though. We keep talking about how we hope that Nolan is cool and easy going like Griff. We want to be able to enjoy doing the same things we do now so we will see :) Nolan already knows the sounds of 4 wheelers so maybe he will come out loving them like Griffin did.

OHH I can't wait to see the yearly progression pics!!! I know I've seen them all, but it will be fun to see them side by side!
