Here are a few rare photo's from the drive home:
Yes, Nolan is facing forward. We got desperate.
The trip itself was pretty good. I love my childhood home so it's always nice to visit. Look at my cute Daddy and our pretty backyard.
It was really hard with two kids who were out of their element and kind of cranky. They kept us all VERY busy. We did do some fun stuff though! I shopped til I dropped, literally. It was so hard to shop with kids and even harder to try and shop around their naptimes/bedtimes. I got a lot of really cute stuff. Thank you Forever 21. The boy's got to go on a train ride at a really cute park and also got to go swimming. The weather was amazing while we were there. Griff really enjoyed swimming and Nolan was CRAZY about it. He loved every minute.
I also got a chance to hang with some of my really amazing friends who I love and miss dearly. These girls have seen me through it all! Here's our night out at a total meat market called the Sandbar. We ate naughty food and laughed and laughed. It was such a high point of my visit. I miss these girlies so much! There were so many other people I wanted to see while I was there. Next time. I promise.
P.S. I am so behind on posting! Hopefully my next post will be about Easter.
