they left me and went to the dumont sand dunes in california.
i was supposed to be there with them, having fun, but instead i was here puking my guts out enjoying me some stomach flu.
having the flu and being pregnant is a total trip.
had a superb sunday today!
but church was a total bust as usual.
we sat in the hall (NO seats left because we can't seem to fathom 9am church just yet).
we didn't hear a word of sacrament. sad.
went to sunday school and i enjoyed myself while griffin went to sunbeams and nolan and kason roamed the halls.
TWO more months and little No will be in nursery, yippeee!
was asked to meet with the bishopric after church. oh no, my break is over!
got called to be with the mia maids.
not gonna lie, i am nervous as all get out and k i n d of excited.
i also have another drunk mexican on sunday story (it was sunday when our tahoe got slammed by a drunk mexican a few months ago) here goes:
so we went for a walk today because it was like 63 degrees, sunny and gorgeous! we walked by a little truck that was parked really crooked on the side of the road, kind of at a funny slant. the car was running and there was a mexican dude passed out over the steering wheel. my first thought was oh man, look at that drunk guy slumped over in his car. he's got to be drunk. but then for a minute i wondered of he might me having a medical situation. so i told kason to call 911 and let them know the guy is either asleep or is having a medical issue. so we walked around the block and came back around to check the situation and there were 3 police cars and an ambulance. as we walked by the ambulance left. obviously he was fine. so we just kept walking but would stop every few steps or so to see what was going to happen. sure enough they did field sobriety. he failed miserably, it was so obvious. he was stumbling all over the place. so they cuffed him and hauled him off. it was quite the scene. for a minute i felt bad for ruining the guy's day but nahhh. the idiot was drunk as can be and passed out on the side of the road in his running vehicle. glad we got that loser off the streets. ridiculous. don't even get me started because what i have to stay won't be nice at all :)
